Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery area

We deliver within India, primarily across Andhra Pradesh and neighbouring districts and states. Whether we can deliver to your location depends on distance, road access and — for live chicks — the maximum safe transit time. We will confirm serviceability before confirming your order. You may also collect orders from our premises in Vijayawada by prior arrangement.

2. Dispatch and delivery timelines

• Day-old chicks: dispatched on the confirmed hatch date, normally within 24 hours of hatching, and delivered the same or the next day depending on distance.
• Feed and supplies: usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation and delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on location.
• The expected date and time window will be shared with you by SMS, WhatsApp, phone call or in the app.

3. Delivery charges

Transport and handling charges depend on quantity, distance and vehicle type, and are shown on your quote or invoice before you pay. Some orders may include delivery at no extra charge, as stated at the time of order.

4. Live-bird transport

• Chicks travel in ventilated chick boxes in suitable vehicles, planned to minimise time and stress in transit.
• An adult representative must be available at the delivery location at the scheduled time, with brooding arrangements ready.
• Please count and inspect chicks on arrival and report any issue as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Risk and ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery at the agreed location (or on handover, if you collect or arrange your own transport). Ownership passes once payment has been received in full.

6. Delays

Delivery dates are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, road or traffic conditions, disease-related movement restrictions or other events beyond our control. We will keep you informed, and if a delay makes live-bird delivery unsafe, we will reschedule or refund as set out in our refund policy.
